What does the rental include?
Your written quote lists what is included, such as round tables or rows of chairs set to your layout, WiFi, free parking for about 40 cars, and setup and breakdown time.
Is cleaning included?
No. A cleaning fee is added to the final rental charge, and we confirm it with your quote.
Can we arrange catering or refreshments?
Ask us about coffee, refreshments, approved outside catering and specialty vendors. We confirm any extra fees with your booking.
Can you support a hybrid event?
We have audio/video equipment and AV support. Tell us about your remote attendees and we will confirm the setup.
How do we reserve a date?
Send an inquiry. We confirm availability and send the booking terms. The form alone does not reserve a date.
