Business Foundry is a business accelerator and full-service business center at 9044 Forsstrom Drive in Lone Tree, Colorado, minutes from Park Meadows, the Denver Tech Center and Highlands Ranch. Entrepreneurs, trade operators, investors and growing companies come here to get real work done, find the right people and keep learning.

Most business owners who stall aren’t short on effort. They’re doing everything alone: guessing at marketing, falling behind on the books, missing the right introductions and never finding time to sharpen their own skills. We built Business Foundry to fix that.

This fall we’re expanding, with new partnerships, accreditations and programs, plus an updated website, to give members and guests across the Denver Metro and Front Range more ways to grow.

“Learning is a lifelong endeavor for all of us, and we encourage our community to invest in professional accreditations, personal development workshops, and scientifically researched and validated assessments to support their lifelong learning,” said Soufiane Elaamili, Founder and Managing Director of The Business Foundry. “These expanded services and partnerships within The Business Foundry’s Business Accelerator give our current and prospective members an expanded menu of self-paced, self-selected options to be better prepared, better informed, and future-ready.”

If you’re not sure where to start, book a conversation with Cooper Simmerman, our COO. In one short call he’ll help you work out which services, communities and connections fit where your business is headed.

What a business accelerator does for a local business

A business accelerator gives companies the resources, expertise and relationships to grow faster than they could on their own. Most accelerators are built for venture-backed tech startups. Ours is built for everyone else: the contractor with three trucks, the consultant going full-time, the family business preparing for its next chapter and the first-time founder with a plan and no team.

Everything a growing company needs sits under one roof, delivered by people who work together every day.

Marketing and digital growth

Our in-house team handles digital marketing for small businesses from start to finish:

  • Branding and brand identity
  • Website design and development
  • SEO and AI search visibility, so you show up in Google and in AI answers
  • Google Business Profile setup and optimization
  • Social media management across up to six platforms
  • Email and SMS campaigns, CRM integration and AI agent development
  • On-site photo and video production
  • Podcast recording in our podcast room

Packages scale from getting found online to full market dominance, so you pay for the stage you’re in.

Accounting, bookkeeping and tax

If your books are behind, you’re far from the only one. We offer small business bookkeeping and accounting in three monthly service tiers, cleanup work for businesses that have fallen behind, and CPA review, tax preparation and tax consulting through our CPA partner.

Banking, lending and payments

Through our banking partnership with Huntington Bank, members get guidance on banking relationships, business lending and payment solutions.

Business consulting, coaching and mentorship

Our business consulting team includes founders who have built, scaled and sold companies, and we offer dedicated entrepreneurship coaching and mentorship for leaders at every stage.

Our coaching starts with the Entrepreneur Core Characteristics Profile (ECCP®), a 30-minute, scientifically validated self-assessment of 11 personal qualities linked to entrepreneurship and innovation. Kevin Asbjörnson, our Founding Member of Learning, Leadership & Growth, goes through your results with you in a one-hour debrief, names your strengths and blind spots, and builds a 90-day development plan with you, with progress reviews at 30 and 60 days. Kevin has 30 years of experience as a talent and leadership development advisor and coach, and Hogan Assessments ranks him in the global top 1% of leadership coaches. More about Kevin and the ECCP.

Your marketing, books, coaching and banking contact all sit in one building, and the people behind them know each other, so fewer balls get dropped and handoffs go faster.

Contractors of Colorado and Real Estate Dealmakers

A business center is only as useful as the people in it. Business Foundry is home base for two of the Front Range’s most active professional communities.

Contractors of Colorado (CoC)

Contractors of Colorado is a membership organization connecting independent trade and construction operators to the resources, education and relationships they need to grow. CoC members get:

  • Builder Club meetups in Lone Tree, Colorado Springs and Loveland
  • “Profesionales del Oficio”, Spanish-language networking for trade professionals
  • Hands-on education, including the Social Media Content Bootcamp and GC License Exam Prep (ICC G13), taught in person in Lone Tree and online
  • A member Learning Hub with business, sales and marketing training
  • A vendor and partner network built for the trades

CoC is also preparing a large contractor conference in Denver in 2027. More about Contractors of Colorado.

Real Estate Dealmakers (REDM)

Real Estate Dealmakers connects investors, agents, lenders and operators around real estate investment opportunities and deal evaluation.

We put the two groups under one roof on purpose. For contractors, REDM is a direct line to investors who need reliable crews, and for investors, CoC is a direct line to vetted trade professionals.

Together, Business Foundry, Contractors of Colorado, Real Estate Dealmakers and Builders Outlet form a connected ecosystem serving trade and business professionals across real estate, construction and professional services. Join one and you gain access to the whole network.

New strategic partnerships

Better Business Bureau of the Great West + Pacific

The BBB and Business Foundry are now strategic partners, working to strengthen trust across the business community. Together we’re adding value to both memberships through a bundled, co-branded offering of services.

Entrepreneurial Performance Labs

Since June 2024, our partnership with Entrepreneurial Performance Labs has given members access to the Entrepreneur Core Characteristics Profile (ECCP®). This validated self-assessment measures 11 scales of entrepreneurial leadership, including the psychology and particular challenges that come with leading your own business.

The skills employers say they need

“We are living in a time of accelerated and continuous change, technology advancement, and economic uncertainty,” said Kevin Asbjörnson, Founding Member of Learning, Leadership and Growth at The Business Foundry. “That requires all entrepreneurs, students, citizens, employees, managers, and leaders to raise their level of readiness and preparedness and expand their proficiency in three primary domains of personal mastery: personality, perspective, and perseverance. The changes and risks ahead will reshape education, economies, employment, management, and leadership over the next five to ten years.”

The World Economic Forum’s Future of Jobs Report 2025 backs this up. Employers ranked these as the top five core skills for the workforce:

  1. Analytical thinking
  2. Resilience, flexibility and agility
  3. Leadership and social influence
  4. Creative thinking
  5. Motivation and self-awareness

None of them belongs to a single job title or industry. A roofer running three crews, a first-time founder and a corporate manager planning their next move all need the same foundation.

A free workshop series starting in 2027

Beginning in the first quarter of 2027, we’ll host “Learning, Leadership & Growth: Enhancing Individual Growth & Professional Development,” a free workshop series built to strengthen readiness for the new world of work, career and well-being.

It’s for entrepreneurs, business owners and employees in any field who want to understand and prepare for the changing dynamics of entrepreneurship, hiring and selection, and the economy across the Denver Metro Area and the Front Range.
