Our Growth System.
Five steps. It starts with a free Growth Assessment of your business and a profile of you as its owner, and ends with recommendations in order and the work to carry them out.
How the Growth System works.
Each step uses what the one before it found. By the time we recommend anything, we know how your business is doing and how you like to run it.

The Entrepreneur Core Characteristics Profile (ECCP®)
The ECCP is an empirically designed assessment of the characteristics that matter in the day-to-day life of an entrepreneur and in building a business. Everyone shows them to different degrees, so your results are your own. Growing as an owner takes a plan for your own leadership alongside the plan for your business, and the ECCP is where that plan starts. You take it with Kevin after your Growth Assessment, and it gives you:
- Personal insight. How your personality and interests line up with what running a business asks of you.
- Your strengths. The characteristics that set you apart, and how to use them.
- Your blind spots. Where you may struggle, and how to develop or make up for it.
- Coaching. One-to-one coaching with Kevin to build a 90-day action plan.
What the ECCP package includes
- A first call with Kevin, on Zoom or in person on our business campus, to go through the package
- The ECCP® online assessment, about 30 minutes: a scientifically validated self-assessment of 11 personal qualities linked to entrepreneurship and innovation
- A one-hour debrief with Kevin to name your strengths and blind spots, draft your first development plan and talk through an article on entrepreneurial leadership
- A one-hour progress review on your plan at 30 days
- A second one-hour progress review at 60 days
The ECCP® is published by Entrepreneurial Performance Labs, a strategic partner of Business Foundry. Entrepreneurial Performance Labs ↗
